Our school is proud to provide students with access to a wide range of interactive technologies designed to enhance learning and support 21st-century skills.
Each classroom is equipped with an Interactive Learning Panel, which is integrated into daily lessons to engage and inspire students. From Kindergarten to Year 2, students have access to iPads, which support foundational skills in Literacy and Numeracy. In Years 3 and 4, each student is supplied with a Chromebook to foster collaborative learning and introduce more advanced digital tools. By Years 5 and 6, students transition to laptops, enabling them to deepen their technological proficiency. With a 1:1 student-to-device ratio, every child has their own Chromebook and laptop, ensuring equitable access to resources.
Throughout their primary education, students gain hands-on experience with a wide variety of Apple, Google, and Microsoft products. Weekly ICT lessons in our fully equipped lab, led by our IT teacher, Mr. McLoughlin, focus on coding, digital publishing, and research skills, as well as typing and efficient use of Microsoft Office.
Students also have access to the DET Student Portal, which includes their own email account that can be accessed at school and from home, fostering communication and independent learning.
